Time really flies and now, school had finally re-opened. After having our project topic, we now have to sign the ethics agreement before registering for our project. During the first few weeks of Term 1, we did not really manage to meet up as we were all busy adapting to our secondary two life.
However, during Term 1 Week 4 to Week 5, we met up again for further updates of our project. In this meeting, we decided on what to do for the product outcome of our project. As our target audience is upper primary students (aged 10 to 12), we decided to come up with an interesting, yet resourceful learning package for them. In order to capture their attention in this project, our group leader, Kevin Mak had decided to have an interactive flash website in our learning package.
For this flash website, Samson, who is talented in web-designing, will come up with a first draft of it. Since there are already quite a lot of learning resources for students to learn about the Mayans Civilisation, Kevin said that our flash website must be unique and different from others. Hence, we had discussed and planned to create a flash animation in our website. In addition, we will make it user-friendly with cool features such as interesting buttons.So after this project meeting, we had come up with our first product outcome which is the flash website. Also, our group will have probably some more project meetings before the project registeration to consolidate all our ideas for the product outcome. All the BEST for our project!
